Rent is due the first of the month. Late fees are charged on the third day of the month. If you are struggling paying your full rent on the first of the month, we have partnered with Flex to offer you flexibility on dates you can pay your rent.
Application fee: $55. The application fee is required for each member of the household 18 and over. Married couples may fill out a single application. All non-married adults must each fill out a separate application.
Lease Initiation Fee: $199 (does not go towards security deposit and is non-refundable).
Security Deposit: $499 based on approved credit.
Monthly Utilities: Rocky Mountain Power (Electric), Conservice (Water, Trash, Sewage, Common Area Utilities)
Parking: $99 per spot. A parking spot is not required. EV Parking is available for $175.
Technology Fee: $99 per month, includes internet and SmartRent.

We are a pet-friendly community! There is a one-time pet fee at move in of $400 along with a $200 deposit. Monthly pet rent is $45. Two pet per apartment limit. Purebred and/or any mixed form of the following breeds are restricted at our community: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Chowchow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff Breeds, Pitbull Breeds, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids.
Ferrets, rabbits and guinea pigs are not permitted. Reptiles are not allowed. Birds must be kept inside and caged. Aquariums require additional insurance coverage of $100,000 in water damage.
Assistance animals are also welcome. Please contact us for additional details.
The shortest lease that we offer is six months. We will offer a 1-5 month lease term with a rent premium. We offer an option to go to a month-to-month lease after your initial lease term, which also requires a rent premium.
No, however an insurance wavier is required. Please contact the leasing office for more information. We encourage all residents to have personal renters insurance.
We are a non-smoking community.
We do not offer furnished apartments.
